REFUND POLICY

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase from veludra. If you are not fully satisfied, please review the terms below.

Return window
You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order. To be eligible, items must be unused, in their original condition and packaging.

How to request a refund
Email contact@veludra-shop.com with your order number and the reason for the return. We will provide return instructions. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the item was defective or incorrect.

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval or rejection. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Late or missing refunds
If you have not received a refund after the stated period, first check with your bank or card issuer, as processing time may vary. If you still have not received it, contact us at contact@veludra-shop.com.

Non-returnable items
Certain items may not be eligible for return (for example final-sale, perishable, or personalized products). Any such exceptions will be indicated on the product page.
